ORDER

K.T. Thomas and R.P. Sethi, JJ.

1. We heard Mr. Gopal Subramanium, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner at length. We also heard Mr. Harish N. Salve, learned Solicitor General of India for C.B.I. We find no merit in this petition and we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.

2. Mr. Gopal Subramanium alternatively pleaded for speeding up the trial. The said submission was made on the apprehension that since some of the co-accused have not been apprehended the trial court may have delay further proceedings. It is for the petitioner to move for adopting measures provided in the CrPC for speeding up in such contingency the trial. At this stage Mr. Gopal Subramanium submitted that petitioner would move an application before the trial court for splitting up the case as against the accused who were already brought to the Court, for further progress of the trial. This is recorded. The SLP is accordingly disposed of.
