Justice T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR\n\n Dated :31\/03\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n              T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, J.\n             --------------------------------------------\n                  W.P.(C)No.10188 of 2010\n             ---------------------------------------------\n          Dated this the 31st day of March, 2010\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner was a student of Sree Narayana College,<\/p>\n<p>Nattika, Thrissur for B.A. Economics. He appeared for the<\/p>\n<p>second year examination English in the year 2006. After<\/p>\n<p>publication of results the petitioner applied for revaluation of<\/p>\n<p>English paper. The petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P3 stating<\/p>\n<p>that the answer script of his English paper I is not traceable<\/p>\n<p>and hence a direction is issued to write re-examination of that<\/p>\n<p>subject. Aggrieved by the same, this writ petition has been<\/p>\n<p>filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.  The learned Standing Counsel for the University<\/p>\n<p>submitted that the subject English consists of 3 papers and<\/p>\n<p>two papers were revalued and there is no change in the result.<\/p>\n<p>With regard to the paper English I answer paper was not<\/p>\n<p>traceable and therefore a memo was issued to him as per<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P3. He was directed to forward a declaration, but that<\/p>\n<p>also was not given.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.  The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted<\/p>\n<p>that he was staying abroad in connection with the job and<\/p>\n<p>WPC.No.10188 of 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>therefore he could not respond in time. In the light of the<\/p>\n<p>situation arising as above, presently the petitioner can only<\/p>\n<p>appear for the examination, if permitted by the University. If<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner submits appropriate representation requesting<\/p>\n<p>for a chance to appear in the re-examination the same will be<\/p>\n<p>considered and appropriate action will be taken by the<\/p>\n<p>University. The petitioner will file a representation along with<\/p>\n<p>a copy of the judgment for consideration by the University<\/p>\n<p>immediately.\n<\/p>\n<p>     The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
