DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\nDate\n: 31\/03\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>Learned<br \/>\n\tCounsel for the petitioner submitted that the investigation is over<br \/>\n\tand charge-sheet is filed. The petitioner is in jail since 8th<br \/>\n\tDecember 2010. He is 21 years of age. Barring the present one, there<br \/>\n\tis one more case against him.  In addition to the above submissions,<br \/>\n\tI have also perused the nature of allegations made in the complaint.\n<\/p>\n<p>Considering<br \/>\n\tthe above prima facie aspects of the matter and particularly looking<br \/>\n\tto the young age of the petitioner and investigation is over, he is<br \/>\n\tordered to be released on bail in connection with C.R.No.I-174 of<br \/>\n\t2010 of Surat Railway Police Station, Surat on furnishing   bond of<br \/>\n\tRs.20,000\/- (Rupees Twenty   thousand only) with one surety of the<br \/>\n\tlike amount to the satisfaction of the lower Court and on conditions<br \/>\n\tthat he shall :\n<\/p>\n<p>[a]\tnot<br \/>\ntake undue advantage of his liberty or abuse his liberty;\n<\/p>\n<p>[b]\tnot<br \/>\nact in a manner injurious to the interest of the prosecution;\n<\/p>\n<p>[c]\tmaintain<br \/>\nlaw and order;\n<\/p>\n<p>[d]\tmark<br \/>\nhis presence before the concerned  Police Station on every 1st<br \/>\nand 15th day of English Calender month between  11.00 a.m.<br \/>\nand 2 p.m. <\/p>\n<p>[e]\tnot<br \/>\nleave the State of Gujarat without prior permission of the Sessions<br \/>\nJudge concerned;\n<\/p>\n<p>[f]\tfurnish<br \/>\nthe address of his residence at the time of execution of the bond and<br \/>\nshall not change the residence without prior permission of  this<br \/>\nCourt;\n<\/p>\n<p>[g]\tsurrender<br \/>\nhis passport, if any, to the Lower Court immediately.\n<\/p>\n<p>If<br \/>\n\tbreach of any of the above conditions is committed,  the Sessions<br \/>\n\tJudge concerned will be free  to take appropriate action in the<br \/>\n\tmatter.\n<\/p>\n<p>Bail<br \/>\n\tbefore the Lower Court having jurisdiction to try the case.\n<\/p>\n<p>Rule<br \/>\n\tis made absolute.\t Direct service is permitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>(Anant<br \/>\nS.
