This writ petition is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>by giving liberty to the petitioner to seek redressal of his grievance before<\/p>\n<p>the Oustee Adalat, so constituted under orders, passed by this Court on<\/p>\n<p>November 29, 2006, in C.W.P. No. 15433 of 2006.
