JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 30\/11\/2010  \n \nORAL ORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tPursuant<br \/>\nto order dated 26.11.2010, an affidavit has been filed by<br \/>\nMr.M.B.Solanki, Administrative Officer, Medical Education and<br \/>\nResearch, Gandhinagar. It is stated therein that the admissible<br \/>\nbenefits as per 6th Pay Commission have been granted to<br \/>\nthe opponent (original petitioner) and so far as payment of interest<br \/>\nis concerned, the proposal has been sent to the Finance Department<br \/>\nand is under consideration. It is further averred that the same would<br \/>\ntake some time, therefore a period of 6 weeks may be granted in order<br \/>\nto complete the formalities.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tMr.K.B.Pujara,<br \/>\nlearned counsel for the  opponent submits that as per order dated<br \/>\n29.10.2010, the payment of interest was to be made by 25.11.2010, but<br \/>\nthe applicants (original respondents) are unnecessarily prolonging<br \/>\nthe matter, therefore, some direction may be issued.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHaving<br \/>\nheard the learned counsel for the respective parties and in view of<br \/>\nthe fact that the proposal regarding payment of interest has been<br \/>\nsent to the Finance Department, it is directed that the respondents<br \/>\nshall complete the entire process and make the payment of the amount<br \/>\nof interest on, or before, 16.12.2010.
