  re’een:tie._vrecords for the year 1973-74. As a<\/p>\n
   the name of the third respondent
\n Ifletr in the revenue records in the<\/p>\n
yeer.. iQ73\u00ab74. His name came to be entered for<\/p>\n
V’   “tl1e_rf’1I e’t time in the year 1978. In the year 1973\u00ab~<\/p>\n
A’ ‘~_V’i’4  1974475 the name of Venkatamma<\/p>\n
.  Vv___\u00a7nether of respondents N034 and 5 appears in<\/p>\n
the revenue records. As has been held by this
\nCourt the said Venkatamma and petitioner are<\/p>\n
the joint family members. Venkatattnna<\/p>\n
represented the joint family property of <\/p>\n
petitioner and the respondents J <\/p>\n
reievant time.\n<\/p>\n
7. The ‘I’ribuna1 has   e
\nobserving that the petitioner  “the’=-4  ‘<\/p>\n
tenancy of respondent  <\/p>\n

\nwhere admits the tei1ei\ufb01.ey  “res\ufb01eodent No.3.
\nOn the other hand,  before<\/p>\n

\nsubmission’   to admission of
\ntenency.”e.._ T’heV’ questioii of tenancy has to be<\/p>\n
