The marriage is schedule to be held on<br \/>\n05.05.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>1.1\t\tThis<br \/>\napplication was made on 27th April, 2011 and it was<br \/>\nreceived in the High Court on 28th April, 2011.  It<br \/>\nappears that the Registry took a little longer time for placing this<br \/>\nmatter before this Court.  The matter is placed today i.e. 4th<br \/>\nMay, 2011.  Other ceremonies are to take place on 4th May,<br \/>\n2011.  If the matter was placed before the Court early, the applicant<br \/>\ncould have attended other ceremonies, also.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\t RULE.\n<\/p>\n<p> Mr. Kartik Pandya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, waives<br \/>\nservice of Rule on behalf of the respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tLearned<br \/>\nAPP invited attention of the Court to the jail remarks.  Learned APP<br \/>\npointed out that the convict has enjoyed one temporary bail in the<br \/>\nmonth of March-April, 2011 and has enjoyed one parole in the month of<br \/>\nMay, 2011, to prefer an appeal before this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tFor<br \/>\nthe contents of the application, the application is allowed.  The<br \/>\napplicant-convict is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a<br \/>\nperiod of FIVE days, from the date of his release, in<br \/>\nCriminal Appeal No. 1104<br \/>\nof 2010, pending before this Court, on his<br \/>\nexecuting a personal bond of Rs.5,000\/-(Rupees Five Thousand Only) to<br \/>\nthe satisfaction of the Jail Authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\t\tThe<br \/>\napplicant shall surrender to the Jail Authorities on expiry of the<br \/>\ntemporary bail period.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\t\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute.\n<\/p>\n<p>7.\t\tA<br \/>\ncopy of this order be placed before the  Hon&#8217;ble The Chief Justice,<br \/>\nfor passing necessary orders, if deemed fit.\n<\/p>\n<p>8.\t\tThe<br \/>\nRegistry is directed to communicate this order by FAX<br \/>\nto the concerned Jail Authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>(Ravi<br \/>\nR.
