Mathur, for petitioner.\nMr. Raj Kamal Gaur, for respondent no.1.\n...........\nBy The Court :-<\/pre>\n<p>\t\t   This revision petition under section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 14\/5\/2009 passed by Additional District Judge (Fast Track) No.1, Dholpur in Civil Suit No.34\/2008 whereby the application filed by the defendant Madan Lal under Order 26 Rule 10A of the Code of Civil Procedure has been allowed and disputed document Ex.1 has been permitted to be compared and examined by the handwriting expert.<br \/>\n\t\t\tHeard learned counsel for the parties on the point of admission and perused the impugned order.<br \/>\n\t\t\tThe impugned order is of interlocutory nature, therefore, in my considered opinion, revision petition under section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure is not maintainable.<br \/>\n\t\t\tLearned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to file a writ petition against the impugned order.  In this regard, suffice is to say that he may do so in accordance to law.<br \/>\n\t\t\tAccordingly, this revision petition along with the stay application is dismissed at the admission stage.\n<\/p>\n<p>(J.R.
