Case No. 56\/2010 for the offences under<\/p>\n<p>                    Sections 498(A)\/494\/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section<\/p>\n<p>                    3\/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the court of<\/p>\n<p>                    Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara.<\/p>\n<p>                             After some arguments, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with<\/p>\n<p>                    a liberty to surrender before the court below within a fortnight<\/p>\n<p>                    and seek regular bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Permission is granted.
