CIVIL WRIT PETITION NO.4121\/2010\nSanjay Kumar vs. AVVNL &amp; Anr.\n\nDate of order :\t               16\/4\/2010.\n\n\tHON'BLE MR.JUSTICE MOHAMMAD RAFIQ\n\nShri Amit Jindal for the petitioner.\n******\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tGrievance of the petitioner is that he being a member of Scheduled Caste was entitled to relaxation of the age by five years and for which he was further entitled to relaxation of another period of five years because of his experience of working as Technical Helper.
