No.5097 of 2010\n                         ACHCHELAL SAHANI, son of late Ayodhya Sahani\n                                               Versus\n                                    THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>6\/      31.08.2010            Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                                   Petitioner is an accused in a case under Sections 498 A,<\/p>\n<p>                     302\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   The petitioner is husband of the deceased.<\/p>\n<p>                                   Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the wife of<\/p>\n<p>                     the petitioner suffered from Eclipsys and in fact she persuaded the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner for another marriage, as she did not deliver    any child for<\/p>\n<p>                     six years. He further submits that independent witnesses have stated<\/p>\n<p>                     that on the fateful day she suffered stroke and took excessive medicine<\/p>\n<p>                     on account of which she died.
