He had objection on following points after reply of the PIO:\n Sl.             Information Sought                                 PIO's reply\n 8. Has Dr. Amita ever taken short\/ half day Please refer to point no. 7 as above.\n      leave (for attending the court case\/ CAW ( in point no. 7 there was replied as follow:\n      cell investigations \/Police investigation Dr. Amita has not availed any kind of leave\n      \/Mediation cell etc. ) during the period from September 2008 to July 2009. Leave\n      Sept. 08 to July 09 if yes, provide the entitlement as per university rules.\n      details of and specify whether any salary\n      deductions has been made if leave was\n      not available.\n\nGrounds for First Appeal:\nInformation was not provided till date.\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority:\nThere was not given any order vide FAA's letter dated 09\/11\/2009.\n\nGrounds for Second Appeal:\nPoint no. 8.\n Relevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. Shyam Batra;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Dr. V. P. Aggarwal, Public Information Officer &amp; Associate Professor;\n<\/p>\n<p>        The information has been provided to the Appellant. On some issues the Appellant wants<br \/>\ninformation in formats specifically sought by whereas the respondent has provided the<br \/>\ninformation in the format available with them. In the statements provided by the Respondent no<br \/>\nsalary for the month of June-2009 has been shown. The PIO is directed to confirm this and<br \/>\nprovide the reply to the Appellant whether any salary was paid to the Mrs. Amita Dua in June &#8211;<br \/>\n2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO is directed to confirm this and provide the reply to the Appellant whether any salary<br \/>\nwas paid to the Mrs. Amita Dua in June -2009.
