\nwrit petition was disposedfofybyph  15.12.2010 by
\nobserving that it is. open:.fo’r:.the irto initiate action
\nin pursuanceto’  V.  in SLP (Civil)

\n have been constructed on
\npublic property.’  Jgpetitioners have made their<\/p>\n
representationsV-subsequent to the order dated 15.12.2010,<\/p>\n
