No.27937 of 2009\n                                KUMAR MIRTUNJAY SINGH\n                                               Versus\n                                       STATE OF BIHAR\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>8\/      21.01.2011               In view of the Court&#8217;s order, husband and wife are<\/p>\n<p>                      personally present in chamber and both express their willingness<\/p>\n<p>                      to live together.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Petitioner is taking his wife from this chamber to his<\/p>\n<p>                      house and undertakes that he will keep his wife with love, care and<\/p>\n<p>                      affection. Wife is also ready to go with her husband.<\/p>\n<p>                                 List this case at the top of the list on 05.04.2011.
