The appellant  about 16 years

\nabout 3.30  the appellant was

bearing  from Jawa Factory side<\/p>\n
   its drlVer”in a rash and negligent manner and<\/p>\n
  appellant, due to which, he fell down<\/p>\n
 stastaiililed injury to the left leg and ankle.<\/p>\n
Immediately, he was shifted to KR. Hospital, Mysore,<\/p>\n
