Petitioner   filed<\/p>\n<p>O.P.661\/06,   a   suit   for   declaration   of   title   and   possession   of   the   properties<\/p>\n<p>against   respondent   before   Family   Court,   Ernakulam.     She   also   filed<\/p>\n<p>M.C.231\/06, before the same court claiming maintenance.   Respondent filed<\/p>\n<p>O.P.329\/06     claiming   restitution   of   conjugal   right   before   Family   Court,<\/p>\n<p>Kottarakkara.     This   petition   is   filed   by   the   wife   to   transfer   the   case   from<\/p>\n<p>Family Court, Kottarakkara to Family Court, Ernakulam contending that she is<\/p>\n<p>residing at Ernakulam and it is not possible for her to travel and contest the<\/p>\n<p>case  at Kottarakkara.   Respondent  is employed at New Delhi.   Therefore  it<\/p>\n<p>does not make much difference whether the case is tried at Kottarakkara or<\/p>\n<p>at Ernakulam.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>         2.        The wife is residing at Ernakulam.  Two other cases filed by the<\/p>\n<p>wife against respondent are pending at Family Court, Ernakulam.  Hence the<\/p>\n<p>petition is allowed.
