No.1406 of 2007\n              ----------------------------------------------\n                     Dated 20th January, 2009.\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Kurian Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>            Appellant\/petitioner approached this court aggrieved by<\/p>\n<p>the denial of promotion to the post of Middle Management Grade II. It<\/p>\n<p>is the case of the petitioner that he is entitled to be considered for<\/p>\n<p>promotion in the light of Ext.P3 memorandum issued by the<\/p>\n<p>Government. The learned Single Judge directed the Bank to consider<\/p>\n<p>the case of the petitioner in the light of Ext.P3 memorandum. It is<\/p>\n<p>seen that the bank has since considered the matter and passed Ext.R1<\/p>\n<p>(g) order. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is for him to pursue the<\/p>\n<p>matter in appropriate proceedings challenging Ext.R1(g).      Without<\/p>\n<p>prejudice to such liberty, this appeal is dismissed.
