Application No.710 of 2005 is filed to condone the delay of 751<\/p>\n<p>days   in   filing   the   appeal.     It   is   seen   that   all   the   cases     covered   by   the<\/p>\n<p>common judgment  in  L.A.R. No.31  of  2001  on  the  file  of the  Sub  Court,<\/p>\n<p>Koyilandy in the matter of acquisition  for water supply scheme have been<\/p>\n<p>dismissed and one such judgment is L.A.A. No.885 of 2003.
