The\u00a0Applicant\u00a0filed\u00a0his\u00a0RTI\u00adapplication\u00a0dated\u00a015.03.2011\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0PIO,\u00a0Office\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Commissioner\u00a0<br \/>\n         of\u00a0Industries,\u00a0New\u00a0Delhi\u00a0seeking\u00a0information\u00a0against\u00a010\u00a0items\u00a0in\u00a0respect\u00a0of\u00a0registration\u00a0of\u00a0Delhi\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>         Paralympic \u00a0 Table \u00a0 Tennis \u00a0 Association. \u00a0 These \u00a0 queries \u00a0 also \u00a0 included \u00a0 some \u00a0 other \u00a0 general\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>         information\u00a0about\u00a0the\u00a0registration\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0society\/association.\u00a0This\u00a0application\u00a0was\u00a0replied\u00a0to\u00a0by\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>         the\u00a0PIO\u00a0on\u00a027.04.2011\u00a0and\u00a0was\u00a0considered\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0Appellate\u00a0Authority\u00a0on\u00a026.05.2011,\u00a0in\u00a0response\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>         to\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant&#8217;s\u00a01st\u00adappeal\u00a0dated\u00a019.04.2011\u00a0to\u00a0him.\u00a0The\u00a0findings\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Appellate\u00a0Authority\u00a0was\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>         that\u00a0the\u00a0file\u00a0relating\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0society\u00a0(viz.,\u00a0Delhi\u00a0Paralympic\u00a0Table\u00a0Tennis\u00a0Association)\u00a0has\u00a0been\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>         transferred\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0SDM\u00a0(HQ)\u00a0and\u00a0that\u00a0therefore\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant&#8217;s\u00a0RTI\u00adquery\u00a0would\u00a0be\u00a0replied\u00a0to\u00a0by\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>         the\u00a0SDM(HQ).\u00a0\u00a0The\u00a0Appellant,\u00a0being\u00a0dissatisfied\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0AA&#8217;s\u00a0decision,\u00a0filed\u00a0the\u00a0present\u00a0petition\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>         before\u00a0the\u00a0Commission\u00a0on\u00a029.07.2011\u00a0stating\u00a0that\u00a0he\u00a0is\u00a0not\u00a0satisfied\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0reply\u00a0given\u00a0to\u00a0him\u00a0in\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>         respect\u00a0of\u00a0item\u00a0nos.\u00a02,\u00a03,\u00a04,\u00a09\u00a0&amp;\u00a010.\u00a0Further,\u00a0no\u00a0information\u00a0with\u00a0regard\u00a0to\u00a0item\u00a0nos.\u00a05\u00a0to\u00a08\u00a0has\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>         been\u00a0furnished\u00a0to\u00a0him.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Decision<\/p>\n<p>    2.   During\u00a0the\u00a0hearing,\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0informed\u00a0the\u00a0Commission\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0SDM(HQ),\u00a0who\u00a0was\u00a0said\u00a0to\u00a0be\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>         custodian\u00a0of\u00a0above\u00a0mentioned\u00a0file,\u00a0also\u00a0has\u00a0denied\u00a0the\u00a0availability\u00a0of\u00a0said\u00a0file\u00a0with\u00a0him.\u00a0The\u00a0Appellant,\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>         therefore,\u00a0charged\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0Respondents\u00a0have\u00a0given\u00a0him\u00a0misleading\u00a0information.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>    3.   \u00a0In\u00a0view\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0above,\u00a0it\u00a0is\u00a0considered\u00a0appropriate\u00a0to\u00a0remit\u00a0this\u00a0matter\u00a0back\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0Authority\u00a0for\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>         him\u00a0to\u00a0find\u00a0out\u00a0the\u00a0whereabouts\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0subject\u00a0file\u00a0and\u00a0consider\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant&#8217;s\u00a0RTI\u00adqueries\u00a0afresh.\n<\/p>\n<p>    4.
