Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                                     The petitioner is alleged for running 5 H.P. machine<\/p>\n<p>                     through illegal connection. Submission of learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner is that the connection was existing in the name of<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner&#8217;s father while there was jointness in the family. Later<\/p>\n<p>                     partition took place and boaring and its land fell in the share of his<\/p>\n<p>                     uncle, Baliram Singh. After disconnection of electric line,<\/p>\n<p>                     connection is there in the name of petitioner&#8217;s uncle, Baliram Singh<\/p>\n<p>                     and he is paying regular bills to electricity department.<\/p>\n<p>                                     Thus, having regard to the facts and circumstances<\/p>\n<p>                     of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n<p>                     from the date of communication of this order, the above named<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                     Rs.10,000 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each<\/p>\n<p>                     to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection<\/p>\n<p>                     with Bikramganj P.S.Case No. 200 of 2008 subject to the conditions<\/p>\n<p>                     as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Md.S.
