Balasundaram\n\n\tFor respondents\t\t: Mr. P.Wilson, Asst.Solicitor General\n\n\nORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tIt is brought to our notice that against the  order passed  by  us  in  W.P.No.23833 of 2004  dated  24.11.2005, Government of India preferred a Special Leave Petition   before   the   Supreme   Court  and  according to Mr. P. Wilson, learned Assistant Solicitor General, the apex Court has ordered notice in the said petition.
