SUISHIL KUMAR MAHTHA, SON OF LATE ANANT PRASAD MAHATHA,\n      RESIDENT OF GANDHI CHOWK BALUA, WARD NO. 10 (OLD), NEW\n      WARD NO. 12, POLICE STATION MADHUBANI, DISTRICT MADHUBANI\n   ...............................................................................RESPONDENTS\n                                ********\n<\/pre>\n<p>2    12\/10\/2010             Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that<\/p>\n<p>                  he has filed an intervention application in a proceeding<\/p>\n<p>                  under Section 4 G of the Bihar Land Reforms Act with<\/p>\n<p>                  respect to mouza Sapta, Khata No. 213, Plot No. 3083,<\/p>\n<p>                  measuring 2 bighas 1 katha and 09 dhurs.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The concerned authority i.e. the Land Reforms<\/p>\n<p>                  Deputy   Collector,   Madhubani     should   consider   the<\/p>\n<p>                  intervention application as well as the show cause and if<\/p>\n<p>                  it is found that the petitioner has prima facie claim to the<\/p>\n<p>                  lands in question, he should be heard by the Land<\/p>\n<p>                  Reforms Deputy Collector before any final order is passed<\/p>\n<p>                  under Section 4 G of the Bihar Land Reforms Act.<\/p>\n<p>                            Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that<\/p>\n<p>                  the matter is pending since 2008.
