RAMKUMAR, J.\n                      ..............................\n                     B.A. No.7440 of 2010\n                 ..........................................\n            Dated: 22nd day of November, 2010\n\n                                ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners, who are accused Nos. 1 to 3                  in Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.1638\/2010 of Chadayamangalam Police Station for an offence<\/p>\n<p>punishable under Section 498(A) read with 34 I.P.C., seek<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<\/p>\n<p>nature.   But at the same time,           I am inclined to permit the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the<\/p>\n<p>purpose of interrogation and then to have their application for bail<\/p>\n<p>considered by the Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners shall surrender before the investigating officer on<\/p>\n<p>03.12.2010 or on 04.12.2010 for the purpose of interrogation<\/p>\n<p>and     recovery of incriminating material,               if any.   After<\/p>\n<p>interrogation,     petitioners shall        be produced before the<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate concerned who on being convinced that the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>have been interrogated by the police, shall                  release the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners on     bail on each of them executing a bond for<\/p>\n<p>Rs.15,000\/- (Rupees       fifteen thousand only) with two solvent<\/p>\n<p>sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A.No. 7440 \/2010                -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Magistrate and subject to the following conditions:-<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             1.    The petitioners      shall report before the<br \/>\n             Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on<br \/>\n             all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             2. The petitioners shall make themselves available<br \/>\n             for interrogation including custodial interrogation as<br \/>\n             and when required by the Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             3.    The petitioners shall not influence or intimidate<br \/>\n             the prosecution witnesses nor shall they attempt to<br \/>\n             tamper with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             4.    The petitioners shall not commit any offence<br \/>\n             while on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              5.
