The matter pertains to the attempts made by them for<\/p>\n<p>additional trips.  But it is not in dispute that additional trips with<\/p>\n<p>the required variation fall under the supplementation scheme. It<\/p>\n<p>is also not in dispute that no permit can be granted to private<\/p>\n<p>operators with even a slight overlapping on notified route<\/p>\n<p>under the supplementation scheme. It is seen that in an<\/p>\n<p>identical   circumstance,    this  Court   has   already   dismissed<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C)No.33928\/2006.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The Tribunal having passed a proper order, there is no merit<\/p>\n<p>in these writ petitions.
