Time when VIP suit case was brought inside HAL as per Gate Entry<br \/>\n                   Register.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>         2.        Name of Person(s) brought the same inside HAL.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>         3.        Registration Number of Vehicle in which it was brought.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>         4.        Time when Computer CPU was brought inside HAL.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>         5.        Name of Person(s) that brought the CPU.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>         6.        Registration Number of Vehicle in which CPU was brought.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>         7.        Copies of Gate Entry Register Details at Material Gate and Main gate of<br \/>\n                   Bangalore complex for 27\/10\/2004.&#8221;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>2.      The CPIO had responded to him vide letter dated 25\/07\/2008 mentioning that the<br \/>\nrequisite information was not available with the public authority. The Appellate<br \/>\nAuthority vide order dated 04\/06\/2008 had informed the appellant that the requested<br \/>\ninformation was exempted from disclosure under clauses (h) &amp; (j) of section 8(1) of the<br \/>\nRTI Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.       Hence, the present Appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.      The matter was called for hearing on 01\/10\/2009. The Appellant did not appear.<br \/>\nThe public authority is represented by the officer named above. During the hearing it is<br \/>\nnoticed that the appellant herein has filed a large number of appeals before this<br \/>\nCommission which essentially concern the same matter i.e. institution of a criminal case<br \/>\nagainst him by the CBI and the proceedings arising therefrom. We are, therefore, of the<br \/>\nopinion that it will be fit and proper to hear the present appeal along with other pending<br \/>\nappeals as the issues involved in all the appeals are more or less identical. In this view of<br \/>\nthe matter, the hearing is adjourned.\n<\/p>\n<p> 113 MVaraprasadRaoVsHindustanAeronauticsLtdBangalore 01 10 11                                                                  2<\/p>\n<p>5.
