Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :19\/09\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                                    V.GIRI,J.\n                     -----------------------------------------\n                           W.P.(C) No.25382 2007\n                     -----------------------------------------\n\n              Dated this the 19th       day of September, 2007\n\n                                   JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The challenge in the writ petition is against Ext.P13 order passed by<\/p>\n<p>the Recovery Officer under the Recovery of Debts due to Banks and Financial<\/p>\n<p>Institutions Act 1993. The order is clearly appealable under Section 30 of the<\/p>\n<p>said Act. In the circumstances, the petitioner is free to avail the same.<\/p>\n<p>      2. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the time for filing<\/p>\n<p>an appeal would have expired.
