No.1165 of 2011\n                     UPENDRA CHAUHAN, SON OF SHANKAR CHAUHAN\n                                            Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02    14.02.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well<\/p>\n<p>                    as learned Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Petitioner seeks his bail in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                    Chandi P.S. Case No. 96 of 2010 registered under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                    314, 323, 302\/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 3(i), (xi) and 3(2)<\/p>\n<p>                    of S.C. &amp; S.T. Prevention of Atrocities Act.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Allegedly, petitioner assaulted the deceased with<\/p>\n<p>                    fists and slaps and co-accused gave lathi blow to the deceased.<\/p>\n<p>                    The post mortem report of the deceased reveals that the cause<\/p>\n<p>                    of death was due to head injury, said to be caused by hard and<\/p>\n<p>                    blunt substance.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering      the    aforesaid   facts    and<\/p>\n<p>                    circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, above<\/p>\n<p>                    named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                    furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten Thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                    sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>                    Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                    above Stated Chandi P.S.
