SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 19\/01\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tBoth<br \/>\nthese applications are preferred by the common applicants-original<br \/>\nopponents-Special Land Acquisition Officer, Ukai Yojna Unit No. 1,<br \/>\nSongadh, Bharuch and another for interim relief to stay further<br \/>\nexecution, implementation and operation of the impugned judgment and<br \/>\naward dated 27\/07\/2005 passed by the learned Reference Court i.e.<br \/>\nJoint District Judge, Fast Track Court No. 3, Bharuch in Land<br \/>\nReference Case Nos. 91 &amp; 92 of 2004 till final disposal of the<br \/>\nFirst Appeals.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThough<br \/>\nserved, nobody appears on behalf of the respondent-claimants.  Hence,<br \/>\ninterim relief in terms of paragraph 5(b) is granted in each of the<br \/>\napplications.  There shall be stay of the execution, operation and<br \/>\nimplementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 27\/07\/2005<br \/>\npassed by the learned District Judge, Fast Track Court No. 3, Bharuch<br \/>\nin Land Reference Case Nos. 91 and 92 of 2004 till final disposal of<br \/>\nboth the appeals.
