No.7733 of 2010 (N)\n             ---------------------------------\n             Dated, this the 10th day of March, 2010\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioner submits that it is a Trust, which has purchased<\/p>\n<p>3 acres of land from out of the assets of Kerala Lakshmi Mills.<\/p>\n<p>According to the petitioner, in order to construct a school building<\/p>\n<p>in the said property, on 04\/12\/2008 they have made an application<\/p>\n<p>for a building permit to the respondent Corporation.         Orders<\/p>\n<p>thereon have not been passed so far. Therefore, complaining of<\/p>\n<p>delay in the matter, this writ petition has been filed.<\/p>\n<p>     2.    I heard the learned standing counsel appearing for the<\/p>\n<p>respondent Corporation also.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.    If as stated by the petitioner, an application has been<\/p>\n<p>made by them for a building permit on 04\/12\/2008, the<\/p>\n<p>Corporation has to necessarily pass orders thereon.<\/p>\n<p>     Having regard to the above, this writ petition is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the<\/p>\n<p>application dated 04\/12\/2008, which is stated to have been made<\/p>\n<p>WP(C) No.7733\/2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>by the petitioner for building permit.
