Learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>submits that Ext.P5 was received on 1.11.2008 and petitioner preferred<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P6 on 6.11.2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>            2. I heard learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>            The writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider and take a decision on Ext.P6 in accordance with law within a<\/p>\n<p>period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>No further steps will be taken except after a decision is taken on Ext.P6.<\/p>\n<p>                                                                   (K.M.
