JUSTICE H.R.PANWAR\n\n\n     Mr.   R.S.Chauhan for the petitioner.\n\n\n                By the instant writ petition under Article 226 of the\n     Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the order\n     Annex.2   dated    20.01.2009    placing   the   petitioner   under\n     suspension.\n                The order placing a Govt. servant under suspension\n     is appealable under Rule 22 of the Rajasthan Civil Services\n     (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1958 which provides\n     that a Government servant may appeal against an order of\n     suspension to the authority to which the authority which made or\n     is deemed to have made the order, is immediately subordinate.\n                In this view of the matter, without exhausting the\n     alternative statutory remedy of appeal which is efficacious in\n     nature, the writ petition is not entertainable and therefore, it is\n     dismissed.
