Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :05\/09\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                             V.GIRI, J.\n            -------------------------\n                  W.P.(C).No.23219 of 2006 L\n            -------------------------\n            Dated this the 5th day of September, 2007.\n\n\n                          JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>           Though several contentions have been raised in this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition and counter affidavits have also been filed by the Public<\/p>\n<p>Service Commission and the Government, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners Mr.James Koshy confines his prayer to a consideration of<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P11 within a stipulated time, after hearing the representative of<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>           Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the<\/p>\n<p>first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P11<\/p>\n<p>after hearing one among the petitioners as a representative, within<\/p>\n<p>a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.
