Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :12\/12\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                                V.GIRI, J.\n                     =========================\n                       W.P.(C)NO. 24900 OF 2007\n                     =========================\n                 Dated this the 12th day of December 2007\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Challenging Ext.P9 final seniority list for the post of Sub<\/p>\n<p>Inspectors of Police, petitioners have preferred Ext.P10 under Rule<\/p>\n<p>27B of Part II of KS&amp;SSR.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>learned government pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing<\/p>\n<p>the second respondent to forward Ext.P10 to the first respondent<\/p>\n<p>within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment. On receipt of the same, first respondent shall look into the<\/p>\n<p>same and take a decision in accordance with law, within a period of<\/p>\n<p>two months thereafter.
