for ppbrevityi\/ll.” Vpltwhas ithelallegation of the plaintiff that he<\/p>\n

 Ico_r\ufb01pet\u00e9;1;t:l_Copmnuttee of the Sangha and was discharging<\/p>\n

 a rival claim that he indeed was the Secretary of the<\/p>\n
Sangha in the place of thglaintiff. In such circumstance,<\/p>\n
the present suit was filed by the appellant. It was even<\/p>\n
during the pendency of the suit, a further resolution was<\/p>\n
said to have been passed by the committee reaf\ufb011’ming  ” <\/p>\n

\nSangha * and  was interference by the<\/p>\n

   he was the Secretary of the Sangha,<\/p>\n
wh_ic.h___wa.sfregistered under the Act. In the absence of<\/p>\n
 silch basic document to establish that the Sangha, of<\/p>\n
 he was the Secretary was registered under the Act,<\/p>\n
‘the trial court has felt that it was not necessary to delve<\/p>\n

deeper into the matter as there was no material evidence<\/p>\n
forthcoming to support the basic premise on which the’<\/p>\n
plaintiff sought to rest his case. Accordingly,   <\/p>\n
court has dismissed the suit. The same  i<\/p>\n
