JUSTICE MAHESH BHAGWATI\n\nNone appears for the petitioner.\nMr.\tPradeep Singh, Counsel for the respondents<\/pre>\n<p>\t\tLearned counsel for the respondents submits that pursuant to the impugned order dated 18th May, 2007 rendered by Authority, Minimum Wages Act, Alwar, entire payment of minimum wages amounting to Rs. 76,582\/- has been made to the respondent by the petitioner Gram Panchayat, Khohdariba and as such the petition has become infructuous, which stands proved by cheque dated 9th September, 2008 and cheque dated 24.9.2009, receipts Ex.
