Now the<\/p>\n<p>legal ._  of deceased complainant are<\/p>\n<p> ivprosecliting proceedings. At this stage, the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>W   stsaceused before the Trial Court has med this petition<\/p>\n<p> r_  the entire proceedings.\n<\/p>\n<p> Learned counsel for the petitioner contends<\/p>\n<p>that all the legal representatives of deceased complain&#8221;
