GIRI, J.\n                      -------------------------------\n                    W.P(C) No. 6359 OF 2008\n                    -----------------------------------\n                Dated this the 3rd day of March, 2008\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>        Petitioners are physically challenged persons presently<\/p>\n<p>working as nursing helpers on temporary basis at the District<\/p>\n<p>Hospital, Kollam. Admittedly they are appointed for a temporary<\/p>\n<p>basis for a period of 179 days on daily wage of Rs.100\/-.<\/p>\n<p>According to them, they are now out of job.               They seek re-<\/p>\n<p>engagement. Reference is made to Ext.P2 Government Order in<\/p>\n<p>this regard.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Ext.2 order per se does not apply to the petitioners. But it is<\/p>\n<p>always open to the respondents to sympathetically consider the<\/p>\n<p>case of physically handicapped persons. In the result, the Writ<\/p>\n<p>Petition is disposed of permitting the petitioners to file a<\/p>\n<p>representation before 3rd respondent, in which case the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent shall look into the same and take a decision thereon,<\/p>\n<p>within two months from the date of receipt of the representation.<\/p>\n<p>                                                     V.
