Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :15\/10\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                              V.GIRI,J.\n                       -------------------------\n                  W.P ( C) No. 4027 of 2009\n                       --------------------------\n              Dated this the 15th October,2009\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>Senior Government Pleader.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.     Petitioners are Casual Sweepers working at<\/p>\n<p>Chalavera, Ottapalam, Lakkidi Perur and Ambalappara<\/p>\n<p>Krishi Bhavans and according to them, the sweeping area<\/p>\n<p>serviced by them is in excess of 100 Sq.mtrs.       This is<\/p>\n<p>sought to be    substantiated by Exts.P3, P5, P7 and P8<\/p>\n<p>Sweeping Area Certificates issued by the respective<\/p>\n<p>Agricultural Officers (produced along with I.A No.12449 of<\/p>\n<p>2009). Regularisation of casual sweepers is now governed<\/p>\n<p>by the provisions contained in G.O (P) 501\/05\/Fin. Dated<\/p>\n<p>25.11.2005 ( produced as Ext.P1 in the writ petition).<\/p>\n<p>Since the applications in relation to petitioners, seeking<\/p>\n<p>creation of a post of Part-time Sweeper and regularisation<\/p>\n<p>of the services of the petitioners, have been forwarded by<\/p>\n<p>the respective Agricultural Officers to the Government, the<\/p>\n<p>Government shall take a decision thereon within four<\/p>\n<p>W.P ( C) No. 4027 of 2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment,<\/p>\n<p>in terms of G.O (P) No.501\/05\/Fin. Dated 25.11.2005.<\/p>\n<p>     3.
