He also submitted that the<br \/>\nrespondent &#8211; workman did not produce any documents in support<br \/>\nof the averments made in the Statement of Claim.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0\tIt<br \/>\nwill be proper to appreciate and note that, on the basis of the<br \/>\ndocuments produced by the present petitioner, the learned Judge was<br \/>\nable to appreciate the truthfulness of the contents of the Statement<br \/>\nof Claim and if that is so, there was no necessity for the respondent\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; workman to either produce any documentary evidence or appear<br \/>\nin person to give oral evidence.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.0\tDespite<br \/>\nstrenuous efforts made by the learned advocate for the petitioner,<br \/>\nthe learned advocate for the petitioner could not convince this Court<br \/>\nthat the award and order dated 4th March 2011, passed in<br \/>\nReference (LCA) No. 1508 of 2003 by the learned Judge of the Labour<br \/>\nCourt No. 3, Ahmedabad warrants any interference at the hands of this<br \/>\nCourt.
