This is a third<br \/>\nsuccessive bail application. Earlier two applications were disposed<br \/>\nof as not pressed.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.0\tThe<br \/>\npresent application is filed on the ground that the trial is delayed<br \/>\nand the applicant is suffering from ailment of Haras and his physical<br \/>\ncondition is deteriorated. The applicant has also pointed out the<br \/>\nprogress of the trial.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0\tHaving<br \/>\nheard the learned advocate for the applicant at length, I am of the<br \/>\nview that the applicant has not made out any ground of regular bail<br \/>\nin the present successive bail application. Hence, the application is<br \/>\nrejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.0\tHowever,<br \/>\nthe trial Court is directed to take up the matter on to-today basis<br \/>\nand conclude the trial at the earliest. The trial Court shall not<br \/>\ntransfer the proceedings of the trial nor send the record and<br \/>\nproceedings to any Court, except to comply with the orders, if any,<br \/>\nwhich may be passed by the Hon&#8217;ble Supreme Court.
