When the application came up for hearing, learned Counsel representing the appellant submitted that the issue relates to valuation of imported goods and is of recurring nature since the imports from the same source get repeated. He also points out that the duty is being paid by the applicant at the enhanced value fixed by the Customs Authorities. In these circumstances, the ld. Counsel prays for early hearing of the case. We have heard the ld. SDR for the Revenue also. Since the issue is of recurring nature, it is necessary that the matter be taken up early for regular hearing.
