                                   1\n              Sandeep Shrivastava vs. State of M.P & Ano.\n\n\n\n\n                        W.P. No.11190\/2010<\/a>\n20.08.2010\n\n        Heard Shri R. P. Kanojia, learned counsel for the petitioner,\n\non the question of admission and interim relief.\n\n        The petitioner has filed this petition being aggrieved by show\n\ncause notice dated 2.8.2010 issued by respondent no.2 directing<\/pre>\n
the petitioner to remove the encroachment.<\/p>\n
        Admittedly, the petitioner has filed a reply to the said show<\/p>\n
cause notice before the respondent authorities on 10.8.2010 and<\/p>\n
the authorities are yet to take further steps in the matter.       The<\/p>\n
petitioner apprehends that the respondent authorities shall take<\/p>\n
steps against the petitioner without considering his reply to the<\/p>\n
show cause notice.\n<\/p>\n
        As the matter is still pending before the authorities who have<\/p>\n
issued notice to the petitioner to which a reply has been filed and a<\/p>\n
decision thereon is yet to be taken, the apprehension expressed by<\/p>\n
the learned counsel for the petitioner is misplaced. It needs no<\/p>\n
emphasis to state that the authorities will proceed further in the<\/p>\n
matter in accordance with the procedure prescribed and take a<\/p>\n
decision in accordance thereof.\n<\/p>\n
        With the aforesaid observation the petition, filed by the<\/p>\n
petitioner, stands disposed of.\n<\/p>\n
        C.C as per rules.\n<\/p>\n
