Soni Kumari, D\/o - late Suresh Prasad, resident of village &amp; P.S.\n                          - Lauria, District - West Champaran.\n                                                                              -----Opposite Parties.\n                                           ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03.   20.10.2011                      Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                         learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                      The petitioner, apprehends his arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                         connection with Lauria P.S. Case No. 114\/2010 for<\/p>\n<p>                         offences under Sections 376\/313\/504 and 420 of the<\/p>\n<p>                         Indian Penal Code, is one of the named accused in this<\/p>\n<p>                         case with allegation of having physical relationship<\/p>\n<p>                         with the informant on promise to marry, but, even after<\/p>\n<p>                         continuing such relationship for reasonable long period<\/p>\n<p>                         and causing two abortions nothing could be done.<\/p>\n<p>                                      Undisputedly, the victim informant is major<\/p>\n<p>                         one and physical relationship was initiated only after<\/p>\n<p>                         alleged promise.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                      Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                         the case, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a<\/p>\n<p>                         period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioner be<\/p>\n<p>                         enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of Rs.<br \/>\n            10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>           like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>           Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection<\/p>\n<p>           with Lauria P.S.
