According to<br \/>\nthe certificate produced at Annexure-B, the applicant&#8217;s wife was to<br \/>\nbe operated on 17.6.2011. Until now the operation has not been<br \/>\nscheduled and it appears to have been differed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tUnder<br \/>\nthe circumstances as and when the exact date of the operation is<br \/>\nfixed at that stage the applicant may prefer application which would<br \/>\nbe considered in light of the material that may be placed on record.<br \/>\nAt this stage the application has become infructuous. Hence, the<br \/>\napplication is disposed of as having become infructuous.
