Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :30\/09\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                          S.SIRI JAGAN, J.\n\n                   ==================\n\n                    W.P(C).No.28934 of 2008\n\n                   ==================\n\n           Dated this the 30th day of September, 2008\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P1 suspension order<\/p>\n<p>whereby the petitioner has been suspended from service pending<\/p>\n<p>disciplinary proceedings on allegation that the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>consumed alcohol in the staff room. I am not inclined to interfere<\/p>\n<p>with Ext.P1, since it is only a suspension order pending<\/p>\n<p>disciplinary  proceedings.      However,    having  issued   Ext.P1<\/p>\n<p>suspension order, the respondents are bound to complete the<\/p>\n<p>disciplinary   proceedings expeditiously.
