Nanavati, learned senior counsel assisted<br \/>\n\tby Mr. Saurabh Amin for the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\n\tpetition has been filed on the ground that the authorities of the<br \/>\n\trespondents have visited the Amusement Park being run by the<br \/>\n\tpetitioner and orally asked the petitioner to close down the<br \/>\n\tAmusement Park, but no written order has been passed.  In this<br \/>\n\tregard, the petitioner has already made a representation dated<br \/>\n\t02.07.2011, copy of which is filed at Annexure C to the writ<br \/>\n\tpetition.\n<\/p>\n<p>This<br \/>\n\tpetition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to<br \/>\n\tdecide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance<br \/>\n\twith law by a reasoned speaking<br \/>\n\torder within a period of one month from the date of certified copy<br \/>\n\tof this order is produced before the respondent No.1.\n<\/p>\n<p>D.S.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tpermitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t[V.
