No.22117 of 2011\n                                       Bhushan Rai\n                                          Versus\n                                  The State Of Bihar\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   13.07.2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                              This is a case u\/s 498A IPC and 4           of the Dowry<\/p>\n<p>                 Prohibition Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Petitioner happens to be the husband of O.P.No.2.<\/p>\n<p>                              As stated in Para-9 of the petition , petitioner is ready to<\/p>\n<p>                 keep his wife with him with full dignity.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Issue notice to the O.P.No.2 under both modes, registered<\/p>\n<p>                 cover   and ordinary process for which requisites etc. must be filed<\/p>\n<p>                 within one week, falling which this application, as against her shall<\/p>\n<p>                 stand rejected without further reference to a Bench.<\/p>\n<p>                              Put up after appearance of O.P.No.2.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              In the mean time, no coercive step will be taken against<\/p>\n<p>                 the petitioner in connection with Complaint Case No. 826 of 2010,<\/p>\n<p>                 pending in the court of S.D.J.M.(West), Muzaffarpur.<\/p>\n<pre>       Jay\/                             ( Shivaji Pandey,J)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Bhushan Rai vs The State Of Bihar on 13 July, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
