This appeal under Clause 10 of the<\/p>\n<p>                  Letters Patent of the High Court of Judicature at Patna has<\/p>\n<p>                  been preferred by the petitioner of C.W.J.C. No. 6660 of<\/p>\n<p>                  2010, and is aggrieved by the order dated 12.5.2010,<\/p>\n<p>                  whereby the writ petition has been dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>                            Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the<\/p>\n<p>                  order impugned in the writ proceeding has already been<\/p>\n<p>                  carried out which renders the present appeal infructuous.
