JUSTICE R.K.MERATHIA\n\n          For the Petitioner                 : Mr. Ananda Sen, Advocate\n          For the State                      : Mr. Anil Kumar Sinha, A.G.\n                               -----\n\n5\/23.03.2011<\/pre>\n<p>          After the order was passed in connected W.P.(C) No. 3887<br \/>\n          of 2010, today, Mr. Sen, learned counsel for the petitioner, confined<br \/>\n          this case with the contention that the respondent no. 6-M\/s Sunrise<br \/>\n          Road Lines and Construction and respondent no. 7-Mr. Suresh Kumar<br \/>\n          Sao have been awarded the work against Tender Notice No. 2 of<br \/>\n          2010-11 and 3 of 2010-11, though they were not technically qualified.<br \/>\n          Referring to the Minutes dated 27.7.2010, he submitted that several<br \/>\n          important terms and conditions of the Tender were given go by in<br \/>\n          giving work to them.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      On the other hand, learned Advocate General pointed out<br \/>\n          that vague and general allegations are being made by the petitioner,<br \/>\n          who is an unsuccessful tenderer. He produced the original records of<br \/>\n          the tenders in question.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      On perusal of the records, it appears that respondent no.<br \/>\n          6 and respondent no. 7 were selected as they were found eligible<br \/>\n          and their rates were also found lowest. I am satisfied that the<br \/>\n          tendering process, needs no interference.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      In the result, this writ petition is dismissed. However, no<br \/>\n          costs.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                         ( R.K.
