BAGAHA, DISTT-\n                     WEST CHAMPARAN.                  ------------PETITIONERS\n                                             Versus\n                  THE STATE OF BIHAR               -----------OPPOSITE PARTY\n                                           -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   19.02.2011               Perused the record.<\/p>\n<p>                             The petitioners are apprehending<\/p>\n<p>                    their arrest in a case registered under<\/p>\n<p>                    Sections       341,    323      and   307\/34    of    the<\/p>\n<p>                    Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Petitioners are neither named in<\/p>\n<p>                    the    F.I.R    nor    the      suspicion      has    been<\/p>\n<p>                    raised, but subsequently, as a statement<\/p>\n<p>                    has been made in para 8 of the petition,<\/p>\n<p>                    warrant of arrest was issued by learned<\/p>\n<p>                    court below.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Hence, this Court is of the view<\/p>\n<p>                    that     learned       Sessions       Judge     wrongly<\/p>\n<p>                    rejected     the      anticipatory      bail     of    the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner       on       the    ground     that       the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioners        have    no    apprehension,         let<\/p>\n<p>                    the petitioners be released on bail in<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            the event of arrest or surrender before<\/p>\n<p>            the learned court below within a period<\/p>\n<p>            of twelve weeks from today in connection<\/p>\n<p>            with Bagaha P.S.
